Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered. Abstracts previously submitted to another conference may be submitted. Published papers are not permitted. Please note: The AUA prohibits an industry employee from presenting an abstract at a CME accredited session. The final date for all submissions is February 21, 2020. Submissions can only be made through the website. Any other method will not be considered. Please read the rules of submission before proceeding. Should you encounter any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact the Site Administrator via email at webmaster@ncsaua.org . During the submission process, you can save partial submissions by using the "Save and Continue" button, the "Save and Exit" button will return you to the account page, where you can review/go back and edit/delete/add additional. Please Note: It is up to the submitter to confirm from the account page that their submission is marked as "Complete", and the output document should be downloaded for review to ensure the contents are correct. Click here to view this year's Award Information Begin Submission General Rules for all Submissions The Scientific Committee will review all the submissions, and once complete, you will receive an email confirming whether your abstract was or was not accepted for presentation. If your abstract is accepted it will also include information about the type of presentation your abstract was selected for; podium presentation, moderated poster presentation or non-moderated poster presentation. Please note: complete submission information about acceptance into the program will be sent in a follow up email. All submissions must be submitted and presented in clear English and spelling quality that is suitable for publication. Upon submission, the Submitter confirms that the submission has been reviewed and that all information is correct. The content of the submission cannot be modified or corrected after final submission deadline and the author is aware that it will be considered and/or published exactly as submitted. The submission constitutes acceptance from the authors regarding its publication (e.g. congress website, programs, other promotions, etc.). The Submitter warrants and represents that he/she is the exclusive owner or has the rights of all the information and content (Hereafter: "Content") provided to North Central Section of the AUA, Inc. Meetings and Events (Hereafter: "The Organizers"). The publication of the submission does not infringe any third party rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights. The organizers have the right to remove any submission which does not comply with the above. Upon submission the Submitter confirms that the contact details saved in the system are those of the corresponding author, who will be notified about the status of the submission, and will be responsible for informing the other authors about the status. And a maximum of 1 image(s) can be included per abstract. The maximum file size of the image is 1.5 MB. The maximum pixel size of the image is 600(w) x 800(h) pixels. You may upload an image in JPG, BMP or PNG format only. For higher quality output we recommend your images be set at 300 dpi and crop out any unnecessary surrounding white space. Video files are required to be uploaded to your Google Drive* account and shared with the NCS Office. You must submit your video details through the submission system using the Submission Type Selection for Video/Movie. After your submission is complete you will receive a reference #. Please clearly label your video abstract file with this reference # and Name your file as the reference # [For example: 1234.mp4] when uploading and sharing your video via your Google Drive account with the NCS Office. Video files MUST be uploaded and shared with the NCS Office by February 21, 2020 11:59 PM (Central Time U.S. & Canada). The video/movie should be saved to as a MPEG-4 (.mp4) file using Standard Definition resolution format. ✓ Please refer to the standard definition compression settings for YouTube or Vimeo for guidelines. The length of the video/movie should be a maximum of 7 minutes . Videos without the reference # will not be considered for acceptance. *You must Upload and Share your video file with ncsaua@gmail.com using GOOGLE DRIVE. If you do not have a Google drive account please create one. If you already have an account, sign in to your account. Upload your file to your google drive account. Select the file you want to share.
